Co-Founder
A globally respected performance coach known for a longevity-first, results-driven approach. A 2008 Olympic reserve in Judo and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Bobby has worked across elite sport, business, and hospitality, including coaching high-profile clients such as David and Victoria Beckham.
He brings 20+ years of experience advising on wellness strategy, programming, spatial concepts, talent placement, and industry positioning.
JOVANA RAJACIC
Co-Founder
A strategic brand leader with senior experience across communications and growth-stage businesses. Jovana has held leadership roles at M&C Saatchi and as Managing Director of a high-growth startup.
At ONUS, she leads client relationships, brand positioning, and strategy.
